Welcome to WellnessMAP. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have complete control over your personal and wellness data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our native mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to provide and improve our core services. This includes:

• Account Information: If you sign up for our services, we collect your name, email address, and basic account credentials.
• Wellness and Habit Data: We collect data you voluntarily input directly into our app regarding your daily habits (e.g., sleep duration, meal timing, stress levels, light exposure, and physical symptoms).
• Usage Data: We automatically collect standard diagnostic and usage information (such as crash logs and interaction metrics) to ensure our application functions correctly.

2. No Third-Party App Integrations

WellnessMAP operates as a completely closed and standalone ecosystem. We do not connect to, read from, or write to any third-party health platforms or APIs, including but not limited to Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect. Your wellness data is generated and maintained exclusively within our application.

3. Strict No-Sharing Policy

Your trust is paramount. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal or wellness data with any third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers under any circumstances. The only exceptions are:

• Infrastructure Providers: We utilize trusted, secure cloud service providers (e.g., Cloudflare, Azure) strictly for hosting and database infrastructure. These providers cannot access or use your data for their own purposes.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information only if strictly required by a valid legal subpoena or court order.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

You own your data and maintain the right to delete it entirely at any time. We retain your information only as long as your account is active.

• In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal and wellness data directly within the WellnessMAP app by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
• Web/Email Deletion Request: Alternatively, you may request complete data deletion by emailing privacy@wellnessmap.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process these requests within 14 days.

Once a deletion request is executed, your data is permanently removed from our active databases and cannot be recovered.

5. Data Storage and Processing

Your data is stored and processed securely in the United States. By using WellnessMAP, you consent to the processing and hosting of your data in the U.S. in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Florida.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

WellnessMAP is designed for adult users. Our application and website are not intended for, nor do we knowingly collect personal data from, children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.

WellnessMAP provides tools to help you track habits and biological signals. We are not a medical provider. The information and insights provided by our platform are for educational and informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
